Rancho Mercado Infrastructure Improvements

This multi-phased project included the water and sewer infrastructure for 3 miles of 30” and 24” sewer mains and 24” and 16” water mains as well as 2 miles of collector roadway improvements including an ADOT single span bridge over Beardsley Canal. Other major improvements included 1,200’ 42” jack and bore, 4 barrel 10’x6’ box culvert, and 50,000 SY of paving, concrete curb, sidewalks, dry utilities, signage, and striping.
