Prasada Infrastructure Improvements

This CMAR project included the new construction of Prasada Parkway, Alexandria Boulevard, and Sarival Avenue, which totaled over 1 mile of complete roadway and utility improvements. The project had an expedited schedule to ensure completion for the grand opening of the City’s first Costco. Major scope items included paving, grading, concrete box culverts, concrete flatwork, streetlights, dry utilities, EPCOR water, COS sewer, private irrigation relocations, landscape, signage, and striping.
