Novus Innovation Corridor

The Novus Innovation Corridor is a mixed-use development project that consists of approximately 8 million square feet of low to high rise office space, multi-family development, hotels, and retail space located adjacent to the ASU camps in Tempe. Our scope of work included various utility and roadway improvements requiring close coordination with the City of Tempe and utility agencies. We completed .6 miles of roadway reconstruction in addition to .5 miles of new roadway improvements which included concrete, underground and dry utilities, landscape, and street lights. Our extensive pre-construction planning allowed for a streamlined construction phasing with no delays due to utility conflicts while also providing minimal disruption to stakeholders while maintaining access to campus.
