Cooper & Elliot Intersection Improvements

This intersection project increased the capacity at Cooper Road & Elliot Road by adding a third lane for north and southbound travel and a dedicated right-turn lane for eastbound travel. The scope of work also included new curb &  gutter, pavement sidewalk, drainage facilities, widening of south side of Elliot Road, SRP irrigation, and utility adjustments. Traffic signal improvements and utility relocations were also included.
