This CMAR roadway improvement project involves expanding Cactus Road from Cotton Lane to Reems Road, widening it to three lanes, 12-foot lanes in each direction with dedicated turn lanes, and incorporating raised medians with landscaping. The project also includes the installation of streetlights, new traffic signals at the intersections of Prasada Parkway and Greer Ranch Parkway, and upgrades to the existing traffic signals at Sarival Avenue and Cotton Lane. The project is slated for completion in Spring 2026.
