February 2025 - DCS was recently selected as a contractor for General Utility JOC and Transportation JOC for Brookfield Properties. Under this contract, we’re delivering utilities, dry utilities, roadway, and storm drain work along the new Idaho Road in the growing Superstition Vistas master-planned community in Apache Junction.
DCS recently reached a key milestone on Idaho Road Phase 1 work order, completing approx. 7,000 LF of curb & gutter installation and 21,000 SF of sidewalk, which allows our grading crews to begin subgrade prep. DCS plans to have this road paved in mid-February which will be 2 months ahead of schedule! This marks significant progress in shaping the community’s infrastructure.
