GSQ Goodyear Way Development

This CMAR project will construct various infrastructure and improvements to prepare the site for future development including new roadways, storm drain, water, sewer and dry utility providers, landscape, pedestrian pathways and various other improvements. Once completed, Goodyear Way will be a major street infrastructure connecting Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ to the 150-acre mixed-use development poised to become the City’s new downtown. The Goodyear Way extension, situated on the east side of N. 150^th Drive, will connect the existing City Hall and 2-acre community park to the expansive mixed-use destination.
