Eastmark Phase XX Roadway, Waterline & Traffic Signal Improvements

This project consisted of roadway improvements on Eastmark Parkway and Signal Butte Road. Improvements on Eastmark Parkway to Elliot Road included catch basins, storm drain, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt pavement, landscape, street lights, traffic signal, and dry utility extensions. Portions of the existing median was modified to accommodate for a turn lane at the intersection of Eastmark Parkway and Elliot Road. The project also included the installation of 3,300 LF of 20” water line with cathodic protection and a traffic signal at Eastmark Parkway and Elliot Road. On Signal Butte Road, DCS installed 3,200 LF of water line with cathodic protection and 30”, 24”, and 16” water mains, and performed asphalt removal and repair.
