Old Price Road Improvements

This CMAR project included the construction of roadway and drainage improvements to approximately .75 miles of Old Price Road to provide 2 northbound lanes and 1 southbound lane. This section of Old Price Road is the main entrance to Intel’s Ocotillo Facility and the frontage to the City of Chandler’s Brine Reduction Facility and Water Reclamation Facility. Extensive coordination with all three entities was critical to completing the reconstruction of the facility entrances including fencing, security gates/equipment, paving, concrete driveways, storm drain, landscape, signage, and striping, and power equipment relocation for the two adjacent treatment plants.
