Fairway Drive Road Improvements

This CMAR roadway improvements project consisted of realigning and widening Fairway Drive from I-10 traffic interchange to Van Buren. The scope of work included a new roadway, curb gutter, medians, retention basins, storm drain, street lighting, landscaping, SRP Power and Century Link relocations, private irrigation relocations, and water and sewer extensions and services. DCS worked closely with the City of Avondale, SRP, and private property owners to coordinate the relocation of the SRP overhead power. DCS provided a temporary 56kW generator to maintain power to the private residences.
